If you’re looking for a location to host a gorgeous but relaxed celebration that’s all about bringing your family and friends together for a great time in a beautiful place - congrats you found it! Up to 100 people can to stay onsite together in this rustic castle secluded on a mountaintop. Here you’ll have the entire place to yourselves with the opportunity for beautiful outdoor dining and ceremony as well as a large outdoor pool and amazing hiking and cycling trails through the forest. Guests of weddings here continually say “This was the best weekend of our lives!” They are with loved ones, in nature and learning to make pizza and fresh pasta together, eating delicious food while watching the sunset and partying the night away in a secret dungeon turned disco. Indoor option onsite for up to 80 people.
Our packages include olive branches for decor. It's easy to upgrade and add more flowers that fit your style!
Our welcome Pizza Party where guests make a pizza in the 1,000 year old stone oven is always a highlight!
Indoor option for the ceremony is the onsite chapel. Maximum 70 people.
Outdoor ceremony location is large enough to host 150 guests. It has a beautiful natural background so you are the main focus.
The famous, "Rave Cave" where the afterparty is held. Included in the package is a party with DJ and open bar until 2:30am.

The best thing about an event at Ristonchi is that everything is all at one location, without anything being in the same place!
The first night you and your guests will have a pizza making party on the terrace then after some wine and talking late into the night everyone will go to bed just a few steps away.
The morning of the wedding day guests return to the terrace for breakfast. Lunch is a panini truck at the pool - so no one has to get dressed they can play all day at the pool with a panini in one hand and an aperol spritz in the other.
Soon they will need to walk the short distance back to their rooms to get ready for the ceremony, which will take place on the lawn right by their rooms. After hearing your vows and cheering you on as newlyweds everyone will walk a few steps to the beautiful aperitivo area.
Once it’s dinner time they will walk through the olive trees to see a gorgeous view of the tables, bistro lights and the Tuscan sunset. Once they are full from the mulitple courses of Tuscan deliciousness (and the cake!) you’ll all walk a few more steps down to the Rave Cave, our dungeon turned disco with open bar and DJ. If at any time a guest’s energy is fading they can take a short walk back to their room and be in their bed in under 1 minute! Having your guests stay onsite keeps everyone in a safe environment, no one has to drive, gets lost or has to wait for transportation back and forth to different events.
The day after the wedding is everyone’s time to relax, but especially yours! All the stress should be long gone by now and you can take the day to enjoy all the people you love most in a beautiful place while no one has to worry about anything. On the schedule is a later brunch, BBQ pool party and pasta making class. You can add activities like a wine tasting or karaoke party too!

Easy with Everything PLUS Package
*Choose this package if you want more control over your wedding and all the small details. The PLUS Package includes everything above PLUS it allows you to customize your schedule, menu, decor (which may be an additional cost depending on your choices) and includes an on-site coordinator to help you during your rehearsal and from ceremony through cake cutting. This package also permits the couple an earlier check-in so there is time to go over the additional details.

Food and Wine Program
All meals throughout your stay are included in our packages; from the welcome pizza party, breakfast and brunch, BBQ, pasta making class, post ceremony aperitivo and of course the 3-course wedding dinner with a delicious modern Tuscan menu.
We use fresh seasonal products that we grow and produce ourselves, find locally or by fair trade. We provide fresh mountain spring water in glass jugs to reduce plastic.
We live in the Chianti region and our surrounded by vineyards with some of the best wine in the world!
We offer full catering from brunches, pizza parties, BBQs, aperitivo, 3-course wedding dinner with delicious and Tuscan modern menu options.
We differentiate waste - recycling and composting and strictly limit the use of disposable products.

This place is breathtaking and organised in such a perfect way for a multi-day party. From the terrace, to the pool and bbq area, to the dinner lawn and of course, the RAVE CAVE.
